REFUND POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any BrightLife consumer program for any reason, we will gladly provide you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Corporate or organizational programs are not eligible for refund.

To request a refund, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the date of original purchase at info@brightliferecovery.net to receive a Return Authorization. In the case of physical products, return the product to us at the address below, and be sure to clearly indicate your Return Authorization number on the outside of your package.

Promptly following our receipt of your returned item (typically within five (5) business days), we will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase.
 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, BrightLife does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for a request that is received by us more than fourteen (14) days after the date of original purchase. We also cannot provide refunds for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use and cannot be liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to BrightLife.
