RE-ADMISSIONS
Empower your members to beat addiction with our specialized addiction & relapse prevention program

Help Your Members Stabilize Their Recovery

According to the SAMHSA*, nearly 50% of admissions into addiction treatment facilities are re-admissions of patients previously treated.

It's a statistic that underscores how sky-high relapse rates are costing the health-care industry hundreds of millions of dollars each year. And unnecessarily so.

BrightLife is a new specialized form of addiction aftercare treatment designed to help clients develop the critical skills necessary to prevent relapse for life.

The six-stage BrightLife Neurological Reprogramming Process combines proven findings from cognitive neuroscience with customized, evidence-based techniques from mindfulness and yoga to make lasting changes in the brain's relationship to triggers.

The program can be delivered during or after traditional treatment, as well as a prophylactic intervention to prevent addiction in its early stages.

Best of all, BrightLife can be fully performed online from the comfort of home.

For the first time I feel like I'm actually in control instead of just waiting for the other shoe to drop. I'm more grateful for this program than I can say.

The BrightLife Difference

Owing to its integrated approach, the BrightLife Method is much more than the yoga and mindfulness programs typically found in recovery environments.

Seasoned clinicians will recognize inspiration from a range of proven therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and positive psychology, all riding on a vehicle of yoga and mindfulness techniques.

The core objective of the program is to enhance client self-empowerment by reducing triggering emotions, modulating impulses, and enhancing mental and emotional resilience and control.

To that end, BrightLife provides clients with an new lens through which to understand their addictions—and combines this with actionable insights and practices to diminish the symptoms of addiction disorders.

Somatic practices, like trauma-informed yoga posture sequences, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra, are primarily aimed at addressing the sympathetic dominance typical of the addiction-affected nervous system and are designed to reestablish the natural, balanced state.

BrightLife’s cognitive activities include customized neurological repatterining exercises designed to progressively neutralize five-specific maladaptive habits of thought and attention that unnecessarily fuel the cravings and reactivity that drive addictive behaviors. See our curriculum section for more details.

All in all, the process is designed to help your clients to recognize and rewrite the harmful mental patterns that fuel addictive cycles and other maladaptive behaviors.

Whether integrated as a complementary modality in an existing treatment regimen, implemented as a home-based aftercare program, or offered as a stand-alone program, BrightLife is proven to create meaningful shifts in self-mastery and resilience to help clients regain control for life.

As a physician, I know full well the dangers of overusing opioids, but after my surgery, I found myself losing control anyway. BrightLife gave me the tools I needed to overcome the urges and cravings.

Flexible Implementation Models

BrightLife is proven effective as an addiction prevention program, for those in danger of sliding into a fully-diagnosable addiction disorder, as well as a relapse prevention program for post-treatment clients needing to stabilize their recovery.

BrightLife is typically deployed in a six-week format, however, since the program is modular, it can be fully implemented in as little as four-weeks and offered as a long-term after-care program for up to six-months.

Implementation models can be designed to fit any need.
